Bovet Watches: Interest?/Price?/Information?

Hey guys, I've been browsing these forums for a while now, and I finally have a reason to post. You don't seem to post Bovet watches anywhere, and in the search menu Bovet is only mentioned in threads about 6 times. I have been looking up watches for quite a while, and I find Bovet to be the most attractive company out there. They are both classy and artsy: I love their circular frames with the tangent bars for the watchstrap that lend to their classic style, and their intricate faces crafted out of pearl, paint, or enamel, and are incredibly beautiful. Are any of you interested in Bovets or do you have any Bovets?

Also, as I am new to watches, could you guys tell me about their prestige or lack thereof? Are they haute horlogerie? They make complications and jumping hours watches which sell for hundreds of thousands, and The Foundation de Haute Horlogerie website it says they are, but someone on this form said they were not. I find that hard to believe, but is that true?

In addition, I can't seem to find price info on them anywhere, especially for my favorite, the the fleurier. Do any of you guys know about pricing for the non-complications?

Here is a picture of my favorite, the white 42mm fleurier:

I love Bovets! I own a vintage Bovet Mono-rattrapante and I'd like to get a 19Thirty Fleurier. I tried one on and ....whooosh..loved it!

Cool designs, they are certainly high horology. This forum focuses primarily on a few brands that are very popular; Rolex, Patel, AP, Panera, Breitling, JLC and a few others.

Bovet makes great watches, very expensive new, however much better buying on the secondary market.

There are a few ADs in the USA, might as well stop by to see one in person.

There are other venues like Timezone if you are interested in digging into their watches.

:Just saw the date of the original post, haha

Looked at one recently. Interesting watches, but at their price points, I prefer other things.

Def beautiful quality watches though IMO.

Interesting how the original Bovet was aimed at the old Chinese market, and probably now as well.
