Nato straps in water?

I have a couple of diver watches on Nato straps. Would you wear them underwater?

Absolutely. Heck that would be my main choice for being in the water with a watch on.

I run, shower, swim with nato straps on a weekly basis. Make sure to rinse them with soap and water to keep them from smelling funny.

They take a few hours to dry, so it's always handy to have a few.

Exactly this. Match mine to my swim shorts
