Deal me in - 719 BLRO

Huge thank you to the members who took time to post their photos, experience and opinions on the 116719 BLRO. With my BLRO in hand, I am very pleased - no regrets. The heft is satisfying and the weight is not a burden to me. Some describe the white gold of the BLRO as having a warmth to it, versus SS. I see that and I love the color of the WG. Attached are 2 photos I took which represent the colors on my BLRO, as I see them in most lighting.

Since so many threads and info on this newest WG GMT, with so many great pics and comparisons to other watches both old and new would be nice and easier to start posting up in one place so all can view the info......

so I will start and keep adding as we go, and hopefully the other new owners will put some of their great pics in as well

also all of you that have had an opportunity to see, feel and take pics please feel free to post up!!

thanks all!!

tom

ok here we go.......

Tom, thank you for the posts and pics! Huge help in bringing me to my BLRO!

My new fun car came in earlier this week, so I was motivated to take a new watch photo. I'm still absolutely loving the BLRO and wear it almost every day.

Just wondering if the bezel clicks upon rotating or not? I love feeling and hearing the clicks. Beautiful pictures by the way.

Mine has a very perceptible tactile click into each detent, though it doesn't make much of a sound upon doing so.

It's less of a click like the Sub's and more of a detent (not audible).

The ceramic colors just look washed out to me both in person and in photos.

I disagree ( obviously ). First one needs to bear in mind that the colors are an homage to the original Pepsi , not the subsequent versions. So, judging it on its own terms, it's exceedingly well done. Further, the colors morph from truer blues/reds to pastels depending on the light. I'm enjoying that.

Exactly right. The 116719's bezel colors are an excellent homage to those of the 6542. The brightly-colored bezels of the intervening models have always looked garish to me. The current BLRO was a welcome change and a must-buy watch.
