What kind of shipping and insurance to use when shipping your watches?
I'm not sure if this is the right sub-forum section for this topic, but it does say "watches" related, so here it goes.
I was wondering if you guys have advice on what type of shipping and insurance services to use when shipping your watches within United States. I need to ship some of my watches and don't want to risk something bad happening to them, such as theft or loss of packages.

USPS registered mail. Insurance up to $25K. That or find someone who can ship via Parcel Pro.

Call parcel pro and they will walk you through setting up an account. You can then print FedEx labels from your house. It's the only way to do it for me.

I ship frequently using USPS Priority. You can add up to $5k in insurance. Of course, need to do registered mail or some other shipping option if the watch is over $5k.

Western Union I think insures watches for any sum, not sure of the price for it though

Ah it seems that I cannot use Parcel Pro as it requires me to have an account with them and the account has to have some minimum (weekly) usage.

for higher value watches, I usually ship with USPS registered mail with insurance ($25k max I believe). It will take like 7-10 business day to get there. but its seems very secure.
USPS Express mail will get there the next day with max insurance of $5k
