Looks like a nice watch overall with known and documented history. It's quite normal for 16750s to have corrosive hands and I'm sure this one is no exception. I think you can see some of the tritium is missing/flaking on the second hand. The insert is original and the bracelet looks very well kept. I currently own one and enjoy wearing it in my rotation.
