Can't decide what to buy

Hey guys,

I'm really don't know what to chose here. I wanna buy my second Rolex and I'm doubting between two rolexes.

The first one is a Rolex 6426 Oyster Precision with steel bracelet and black dial.
The second one is a Rolex 5500 Air King with steel bracelet and white dial.

I really love them both but really dont know what to buy, I like the 6426 because of it's black dial but I think I'm in love with the air king as well, I really don't know.

Let me know what you guys think!

Joey

I would get the Air King, if only because it's automatic.

Agreed on the automatic vs. manual wind. I'm getting into Omega Speedmasters as well as Rolexes lately and there is a huge (YUUUuuuge) segment of the Speedy community that swears by manual winding. Something about historical accuracy with the "first watch on the moon" stuff. I don't get it though. Manual winding?? No thanks. It's one thing for a collectable watch that will sit in it's box, but I wear my watches all the time.

I have a number of manual wind watches in my collection. Love them. It's part of my routine to wind watches in the morning and reset the time for the day.

I had a silver dial AirKing, it was my first Rolex. Loved it like the little "AirKing" on the dial, Like the history and that is an Automatic. That would be the one I would choose.
