I prefer the 5524, the dial of of the 5522 is too clean for me.

Nice. Less cluttered dial and no awkwardly placed pushers here.

I really would've liked it more if the lugs was curved round instead leaving the big gaps there

It would get boring on the wrist quickly I think, really not many little details or anything to look at. If it's really limited it would be a good collector piece.

I was thinking what if it didn't say Patek on the dial? But I'm sure they're all spoken for or pretty close to it.

I love it. Then again I like simple and steel. I'd never be able to get one at sticker though so congrats to those who can.

I think go Shinola....you probably also should look at RWS which looks like a Daniels which really is a fancy looking Breguet or a Voutilainen that is just an expensive Jurgensen...Cheers

I like it, but here we go again. A manufacturer producing a watch that has great appeal, in limited numbers, at a price that can only be described as extreme for a three hand SS watch. We will read the hype, see some special customers get the watch and then it will show up with some Grey Market dealers at even greater prices. It will further alienate a possible customer base and then the hype will die down and the company will repeat the process.

Well they are salespeople. For items like this that nobody actually needs a lot of the purchase decision is based on emotion.

This article is in the August 2017 issue of Esquire magazine. I received this issue in the mail 2 days ago.

Nice piece. It looks too plain. Prefer 5524 due to more interesting face and larger size. I'll be at the NYC exhibition. Looking forward to checking it out in person.
