5170 Poll on Metal & Dial Color

I am really liking the styling of this beauty.

I am curious which metal/dial combination you would choose of these three?
5170g
5170r (white dial)
5170r (black dial)

Edit:
I meant to make it a poll, but I guess just share your thoughts.

G, black dial. Beautiful, but not very legible.

You are right Karl, I should have included this one...
That might just be the ticket... A little sportier than the others.

In general would select white gold or P over Rose Gold -- but in this combination I much prefer the RG-black dial. I own the ALS datograph and went with the RG black dial because it was more appealing to me.. feel the same about this Patek. If we are talking about the 5070.. .would go for the white..5070P

Either this 5170g or the 5170p I mentioned earlier ... try both on (notethe former is discontinued so it may a little tougher to find, although ADs still have them).

5170g black dial I could get for $55K with my name on papers.
Tempting but I am not going to just chase the price. Definitely
plan on trying them all on.

But it still might end up 5270r or bust (or 5270r AND bust...)

If it's on your mind this much already, then you're eventually going to get it! 5270r

What is the dial with pulsations called? Is it 5170 or is it 5070?

The pulsation scale is on the 5170 dial. I do not think the 5070 had this feature on the dial.

Seems consensus is fairly split equally between g white (pulsations) and r black with g white pulsations ahead 8-5 currently,
though I think Neil voted twice..
