For a current production three watch collection with no Rolex, I would probably go for a Lange 1815 Chronograph in pink gold, a Vacheron Constantin Historiques Cornes de Vache 1955 in platinum, and a "Sapphire Sandwich" Omega Speedmaster Professional in steel on a bracelet. As you can tell, I like chronographs. If a Rolex would be my fourth watch, I'd probably substitute a Patek 5270R for the Speedmaster so that I had a perpetual calendar moonphase in my collection but I haven't been thrilled with Patek's finishing and prices lately.

That I don’t have, and that are somewhat reasonable:

1. Speedmaster
2. Nomos Worldtime Zurich
3. Cartier Tank
