Just got mine today also. Walked into the AD last week and was like um, do you have the 5167 expecting a NO ! Instead, why yes just got one in. Bang. Mine. Almost went for the 5164 but think I made the right choice. Oh, and from what I've been reading about noisy movements on this watch ... Mine is super quiet unless I really want to hear it roar.

I actually enjoy the noisy movement . I love hearing it buzz....

You know I had two opportunities to buy the Aquanaut before and wasn't able to secure it on either occasion. The first time was when the AD had both a SS Nautilus and an Aquanaut in store. I told the guy that I wanted to think about which model to go for over lunch and that I would definitely return for one of the models. An hour goes by and I return back to the store and both are gone . So I put my name on a waiting list for both to ensure that I would be called up first if either were to be sent to my local AD. Fast forward until about a month ago, I call up a dealer in a different city to see if he has a Nautilus or an Aquanaut and to my surprise, they have an Aquanaut. I asked the AD if they could hold it for me for two days until I return back from my travels to which they agreed. By the time I return from my travels and I call the AD, I am given the bad news that it has sold. As you can imagine I was overjoyed when I received a call from my local AD yesterday who informed me that they had an Aquanaut waiting for me. The chap at the AD also informed that I'd need to collect it within the next three hours otherwise he would have no option but to call the person after me in the waiting list.

I can barely the read post over the clamour of my Rotor, but it looks just as pretty as mine, well done. I figured I would be a no chance with mine at the time went into AD and asked do you have a 5167 and that went your lucky day... They held it for me and the next day I signed up. Given our crappy exchange at the moment and due to them still being on 2013 prices (probably paid by them on older conversions), I essentially paid second hand price new, and in Australia of all places.

I love the look, and the earplugs are doing wonders for the noise......

4 per year is what several different AD's told me, if that is true then I understand the demand. There are several on sale on eBay if one is really interested from what looks like reputable sellers. Either way, I can't believe my luck. Unfortunately, there was some attitude involved at the AD but I guess that is expected.
