Questions from a first time buyer

Came across this listing and as a new Rolex fan in search of my first watch, was wondering your thoughts on this item number 384081457681 on ebay.

I know I shouldn't be looking there but just wondering what the faults are here and what I should be looking for in my search. I did notice the sapphire crystal is not original and not Rolex brand, anything else?

Authentic watch and bracelet with modified dial and bezel. It's an older watch and truthfully not worth close to what they're asking for it. The seller tells it all in their description!!!

Photos seem like stock photos used in many listing and unless you trust the seller I would be careful with ebay and if possible meet in person if you have any doubt about the condition of the watch.
