Hmm.. I believe that this is a good way to lose $$.. Save for the Green, and then get it. If you do not care about the slight loss $$, RUUNNNNN!!! to get it :)

I’ll go against the tide here. Buy the LV if it is to be your 3rd watch, but you’ve already said the DJ is staying, and I certainly wouldn’t sell the GMT (IMHO the most useful and versatile sport model there is).

I would definitely take the LVc over the GMT LN
And yes it can be an everyday wearer Check on the classifieds section to get an idea about pricing. Should be around $7.5K

Ps. I’d try to keep the LN as well. Maybe the AD would allow 0% credit for a couple of years on the LV.

Get the hulk. Offload the LN. I’d expect somewhere in the range of $7-7.5k for it.

If you won’t (can’t) sell the TT DJ, I’d flip the GMT.
Good luck with your decision and post a pic of the green beauty! Here’s one to keep you interested.

LVc over the gmt LN.
I originally had the same thought as you regarding wearing a green watch often. Let me just say that the dial and ceramic bezel are amazing, and I wear the LVc more than any other watch in my collection.

Get the LV. I have it and the LN GMT. Keep both if you can. There is no pic that can convey what the LV is like in real life. You can wear it every day with almost anything but a tux.

LV is much more versatile than you think. I was against it for a while myself but in person the LV really is special. This is from a guy that wears a suit all work week and was never fond of people wearing subs with suits to start with (don’t throw tomatoes at me). Also - despite your reservations - the notion that it’s too blingy or too noticeable is just not accurate. Take it from a guy who wears one regularly-it’s one that will crush your wrist time. Good luck with the decision. I don’t see a ‘wrong’ move here, but since you asked I say Hulk all the way - even if you need to move the LN!

The LVc is a watch that you have to own to understand. It’s truly a thing of beauty.

Me personally I can’t see how an all green watch can be my everyday watch. I love the GMT LN with the PCL’s. Stylish, stealth and much more versatile than the Hulk. Sometimes you never know what you have until you lose it! If you’re second guessing your self just stick to your gut feeling. Are you buying the Hulk because of its scarcity and popularity or because you genuinely love it? Good luck!!

Go for it. Life is short!
If you don’t like it, its easy to move the Hulk and search for the LN again. |

I own the LV, a BLNR, and an SD43 Mk1. My LV gets 80% of my wrist time. Been like that since I acquired it at the beginning of June. My fav. Rolex sport watch!

A batch of Hulk´s has apparently hit the market. I wonder if they stopped the BLRO or BLNR for a while to produce Hulks.
