hello everyone, i have a question maybe someone can answer here..my rolex submariner was recently service in rolex makati philippines..evertyhing is working fine but my question is this on my receipt it writes CCIC8 and next line is RM 720.. can anyone tell me what year my watch is made and what its worth?

what is it worth threads aren't allowed. but as for the year, what model number is it and what's the serial letter?
