Speedmaster Racing Co-Axial anyone?
Any owners out there that can post some wrist pics and can give some ownership feedback? I’ve really been digging this model recently and it could be my next winter addition, particularly the black dial with orange accents
Missing a chronograph in the collection and this seems like a fantastic one |

Here's my white dial. The black dial with orange accents looks very nice, although legibility is not as good to me.
I've owned mine for a year now. Very happy. Extremely accurate, like +1.5 s/d when worn, easily brought down when self regulating with the rest position. Technically very advanced (vertical clutch, column wheel, master chronometer). Cool movement decoration. By far my favorite sports steel chrono. I saw it in the omega outlet, outside of the size i was blown away. If it were 40mm or so, i would own one. They are really awesome.

IMO black with orange hands is more legible and looks smaller on the wrist.

Very nice looking watch.
Reminds me of the Daytona. If it came in 39mm it would be on my wrist. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I love the white dial. I never been a fan of the white Daytona but the Omega looks great. I even love the size and how legible the dial is.
I was close to purchasing it about a year ago but the low water resistance was a turn off. Not that I would go deep diving with it but the wr rating seem low. |

had one for a little while. Liked it a lot but traded it as I already had a hessalite Speedy and I thought it was a little redundant. Should have kept it really but hey ho...
Some pics here next to a regular speedmaster for a size comparion https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=659664

Great minds think alike. I am actually thinking this will be my next watch. If I get it in the near future I'll be sure to post a pic.
Not trying to hijack but if anyone has any thoughts as to what this could be had at an AD for...I would love some insight on that. Unfortunately my normal AD doesn't have Omega. So trying to figure out the best option. Grays online look like 30% is about the best you can do. model: 329.32.44.51.01.001 Best, Steve |

I missed this thread. I have the white and love it. It’s a big watch, but feels like it wears very compactly. It doesn’t feel bulky on the wrist at all. I never would have thought I’d want a 44mm+ watch, but that number is very deceiving here.
No issues or problems. I’ve had it since early March and think it’s a keeper. I’ve had it both on leather strap and the bracelet and I love it both ways. Generally, I think the Speedy in all variants is more useful than chronos with screw-down crowns. It’s easy to begin timing something if you’re cooking without unscrewing first. Good luck! Just to follow-up from my previous comments and bump the thread. I received my Speedmaster Racing and adore it. It's a great watch.
Doesn't wear big at all. Best,Steve |

As of yesterday, straps are on order. I think black is better for me. As I mentioned on another thread, it has all my boxes checked, and unlike the Daytona, has co-axial movement, METAS accuracy, sapphire caseback and date. What could be better? YMMV |

This model still festering in my thoughts, think it may be a December addition. I’d go black dial on the racing strap. I know it would make more sense to buy it on bracelet and add the strap after, anyone know what the strap purchase would run?

I think you’re looking at something like $275ish, but I could be misremembering.

That Speedmaster Racing with the white dial is my next watch purchase.
I want one on the black leather strap though. I already has my Omega PO if I feel like wearing a metal bracelet. |

Anyone have the black racing dial and a black dial speedmaster pro? Too redundant?
I had the black racing dial and sold it (regrettably) to fund another watch purchase. I'm going to add it back to the collection very soon but I'm also going to add a speedy pro sometime next year. Are the two black dial speedmasters too similar? Or should I consider the white racing dial and black dial speedy pro? |

Here you go :)
I love the watch. It's got a nice low profile. I originally bought it on the steel strap but ended up swapping to the leather strap with orange accents. I'd recommend the leather option unless you're dead set on the steel strap. My only gripe is that the crown is harder to grip for winding which is just a Speedmaster thing in general. Only way I would replace it would be if I got a call for a Daytona at retail. |

I made this purchase recently. The strap itself was 250, but the deployment clasp was an extra 250 so it ended up being 500 total to switch to the racing strap.

Only a 250 difference between the bracelet (750) and the strap+deployant (500). People generally think a spare bracelet is much more expensive so they shy away from the strap version, but it's clearly not the case with Omega.
