Wow, glad to hear that he is recovering and sorry to hear that this has happened to him. Many banks have a "counting" or "transaction" room that is private and equipped with surveillance. Speedy recovery and good luck in catching this guy.

You may have already done it but have you informed Patek Philippe and forwarded details of your story and watch?

With a copy of the police report it would be listed as stolen and any time the watch would come in for a service it should be intercepted.

Blessings this man is still alive. To everyone, coming from a Police Officer for almost 20 years...strength is in numbers (please don't forget this) Doing face to face transactions where cash or valuables are present, bring at least two others with yourself that can handle themselves in a crisis situation.
