Reference Number Naming Convention???

Figured there might be a few other bored members out there that could give me some insight. It’s very clear to me that ST stands for Steel, PT for Platinum, TI for Titanium, but I’ve always been curious why BA for Yellow Gold, BC for White Gold and OR for Rose Gold?

Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!

Think of french words first
OR = "Or Rose" but the O also stands for ceramic when is used in mix material: RO = Or and Ceramic
CE=ceramic ( Black as it was the forst one thei used at the begining)
CB= Cermic "Blanche"--> White
BC=diminutive of Blanche (or )
SR=Steel nad Rose Gold ( famous R found also on FR and RO)
FR=carbon+gold F from carbon Forgee and R from Gold
PO=Platinum & O for Ceramic ( as in RO )
SO= Steel & O for Ceramic ( as in RO )
TO=Titanium & O for Ceramic ( as in RO )
IP= I for Titanium & P for Platinum
