SW Ohio RSC @ Richter and Phillips - Experience

I had a great experience with Richter and Phillips in Cincinnati for my recent service. Their watchmaker and staff were extremely professional and helpful. Although there was slight miscommunication with regard to requests during the service (replace chipped crystal and dinged insert), when I took my watch back the next business day, they corrected these issues at no extra charge while I waited. The service took 22 days. If you are in southern Ohio, please reach out to Blake and Matt at Richter and Phillips!

As a side note, I’ve owned the watch for 19 years, purchased new. The watch has never been serviced in the 19 years. The service cost was the basics, no additional beyond the the request for new crystal and aluminum insert.

Blake and Matt at Richter and Phillips are the best. Blake helped me buy a watch last year and helped my son with his 1st nice watch. They are both fun to talk with and they know their stuff

It was nice being able to meet and talk to the watchmaker working on my watch too! They’re an AD and a RSC so that makes it even better. Both in my own backyard!

Love reading good reviews about R&P. Blake is the man, he sold me my SD43, he and Matt are excellent sales associates and they work hard to earn your business.

I bought my blue Pelagos at R&P right before the COVID shutdown. Worked w/ Blake when getting my Heritage Chronograph served. Everything went as promised and happy w/ the service from both them & RSC. I was invited to a private Tudor release party but my schedule wouldn't allow it. There was a similar party for Rolex and I was given an earlier solo tour of their bank vault and it's luxury accoutrements.
