Daytona 50th Anniversary; 2013 release
In 1963 Rolex began using the Daytona name on their Cosmograph Chronograph. At the Basel Watch Fair in 2013 Rolex introduced a new Daytona model to commemorate the occasion..

Hate the colors.
Don't get the price. At around 75k I can get perpetual calendars used from pp, lange and a Datograph in platinum.

if the paul newman 6263 proto-type sold for over 850,000 us (this was a record sale)
and normal circulated 6263 sold in auction for 150k-180k I BELIVE this watch will hold it own on price in the years to come plus it is the 50 year anniversary only problem i see is that the platinum seems to stretch out alot easier than gold or steel but then again who knows what the future brings |
