I'm looking at a model online that comes on a snoopy strap...but I think I might want the newer bracelet as well. Does anyone know what the model number is/where I could order one?

It's bracelet reference 1958. Contact an Omega Boutique to order one (you can locate contact info for Boutiques on Omega's web site).

While you're at it, you might consider upgrading the clasp to one with micro-adjusment that Omega uses on other watches. Here's a thread with tons of info on the clasp upgrade. The Boutique can order the clasp, and they probably would even install it for you if needed.
