Anyone into coffee?

Launch of new Presage Collection in Singapore!

Probably only Seiko dares to do this....a watch with coffee dial

Haven’t acquired these pieces yet but there is a free tumbler with every purchase up to end of this week

I like the brown Presage with the rose gold case. The coffee model looks interesting!

Really like the PR model. Beautiful dial. Seiko is really gaining traction as a premium watch maker.

Can it be set for half hour time differences?

Does a 40 hour PR mean it has to be wound every day to keep it running if not worn?

If so then the PR hand is redundant and doesn’t it spoil the symmetry of the dial?

Nice 3D effect on the dial.

Unfortunately, this is a Thong Sia limited edition, exclusively sold in Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia and Brunei. So, I am afraid it will not be available at any ADs outside these 5 countries.

It will follow the footpath of the Presage Starlight model which was sold out pretty quickly a couple of years back and is now selling at a premium.

Those are awesome. Must say I’m not a huge fan of Presage as I find them a little indelicate in the details, but the dial and power reserve are really well executed.

Love that dial! Between this one, and that green one, it would be tough to choose!

Just like any watch with a 40hr power reserve, visible on the dial or not.

Well, for something that less than S$1k, that dial and power reserve indicators are definitely features that other watch brands may not even bother having.

What do you mean by half hour time difference?

The power reserve indicator is a useful feature that allows one to know immediately if he/she needs to wind the watch.

Really nice (even when the cheesy TV shopping-style tumbler offer). The dial and strap look to be a perfect match.

I’m not arguing at all - with regards to bang for your buck, Presage takes some beating. I’m just saying that for me, personally (and as a former owner), they don’t hit the spot. That said, all my other watches are higher up the ladder so I was judging unfairly.

I saw the sub dial on 4 and the watch at 4 and thought it was showing GMT time.

Should shave gone to SpecSavers.

I still maintain that if a watch has to be wound every day to be sure that it keep it running, if not worn, then a PR indicator is redundant?

This piece has really caught the eyes of many since its launch! Many of my friends have bought it!

It's not a GMT. For me, the PR indicator is useful especially if the PR is something like 48-72 hours. Then, I know whether its time for me to wind the watch already :)

Cracking dial and texture, sort of reminds me of those GO 60/70’s dials

If anyone's in Japan, they're available with heavy discounts from the usual suspects (Bic Camera, Yodobashi Camera etc)... Lovely watches.
