Vintage Rolex 69173 - All gold?

Hi - I was hoping for a bit of advice on a Rolex watch that I bought off a friend who was short of cash.
Been sat in a draw for a while now but this lockdown got be bored and it would be great to get some info.

I can't find an exact match anywhere so I'm slightly worried it may be a very good fake?

The watch is a ladies Rolex date just 69173 - year 1993

The model relates to a steel & gold watch.

The watch is stamped " ORIG ROLEX DESIGN" on one lug
stamped " STAINLESS STEEL S*****" on the other

The back of the watch is engraved in each corner. 1 is the Rolex crown / 1 is 750 / 1 appear 750 again but in a design/ 1 is a shape I can't make out?

I pretty confused as the watch appears original but it is all gold. Did Rolex do this model in all gold or could it be ordered as such?

Any help would be appreciated!
Few pictures that may help

Does it weigh a lot like a gold watch? Gold is heavy, that would be my first warning sign.

1000% fake and isnt gold. Worth about $2 in materials.
Not a good friend, hopefully they give you your money back.

Who's not the good friend? The one who probably got the watch, thinking it's real, at a low price? Or the guy pawning it off as real? IMO if the story is real, they deserve one another...
