Has anyone purchased from or know anything about MonacoWatches.mc in France? Considering them but I would feel better if other had good experiences. Thanks a ton!

Do they have a brick and mortar store? Can you cross reference that location and the owner? Have never ever heard of them. What piece is so important that you’d risk an overseas, unknown dealer?

Yep they are great - bought a Patek from them. The setting stylus was missing and even though they had all my money , they made it right. Great seller!

I’m still contemplating, they just have really great pricing on a Panerai I want. Better price for new/unworn than I can find in the US for used. It’s good to hear that James had a good experience, but I still maybe would like to hear from a couple more positive experiences. I haven’t done any cross-referencing yet, but based on the site it seems like there is some sort of brick and mortar location; whether it’s just for shipping or if it’s an actual storefront I’m not sure yet.

Do not buy from Monaco Watches!!! I bought an IWC from them. Firstly, the box was damaged. The I noticed that the hand pointer was bent. After a week the strap was broken!! I tried to get in contact with them and received the answer ”use your warranty”. They sold me a watch that was faulty and refused to do anything about it. I bought it via Chrono24 and they tried to mediate. Feel free to contact you have any questions about Monaco Watches.
