Lies and Deceit: Exposing Tsung Chi, Thomas Caddell, and Ginault’s Illegal Past

Hello everyone,

Some of you may know me from exposing a £135k fraud here on the forum, this time I'm revealing the true history of the watch brand Ginault.

Many of you have heard of the very controversial Ginault, some of you own a Ginault, and many have speculated about Ginault's connection to a prominent counterfeit producer but no one has concretely proven the connection, until now.

In my write-up, which you can read here: https://deepdweller.home.blog/2019/0...-illegal-past/

I have detailed the trail left behind by a man purporting to be Charles Ginault - the man who started Ginault, exposing the lies and deception surrounding this watch brand, and Thomas Caddell.

Ginault is 100% connected to the man behind the highly-organised illegal Rolex counterfeiting operation ran by “Thomas Caddell”.

All the proof is in my write-up, it's a long-read but I promise you it's worth it. This will finally put the controversy to bed and expose the truth about Ginault. It's in the public's interest and watch collectors need to know the truth before dealing with this brand.

The similar information was on the Russian watch forum, the verdict: The Ginault is Chinese manufacturer (TC Cases, TC Caddell) with fake story. Some people like cockroaches

WOW.... the level of fraud and deceit is mind blowing and your detective work is very impressive. Now the real question is, with all this evidence can anything be done LAW wise??

Wow!
Impressive detailing.
Fantastic job. Would have loved to have had you as one of my special investigators during my years of overseeing a major unit.

Looks like one of the individuals is adamantly defending himself on another site.
He states his identity was used fraudulently.

His defense makes not much sense imo.
He says that his name and his old address has been used fraudulently.

But coincidently he‘s a very active member on the same forum where Ginault was a sponsor.
And his „old address“ is the same like the address of the corresponding admin of that dogdy forum.

Too many coincidents imo.

If I am missing something, please feel free to correct me.

That aside, it‘s shocking how people talk in these replica forums and how little they care.

Amazing work..I enjoyed that read but as above, what about it? What now? I think this guy is a very industrious young man who has showed great skill in building connections and putting a product together..just a shame his efforts were making counterfeits.. but I bet he made a lot of money from it.
As far as we know he didn’t scam anyone, everybody got what they paid for and he was the best at what he did..illegal or not. It wasn’t drugs or weapons, so while I don’t condone what he did, he hasn’t harmed anyone. The Rolex brand will see it different.. he should be prosecuted for sure.

You must have a background in OSINT and MASINT. That analysis down to the forensic imagery analysis....how long did it take you to trace this trail? Further, what are you using to find and crawl all 50 states worth of articles of incorporation?

Excellent points you make regarding the report. But to quote an ex-coworker when finished reading the latest middle management memo: “so what?”

Also surprised here that little attention has been paid that, despite the fact that names, addresses, photos of private residences, etc have been documented, we know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the author, his location, or his/her agenda. FWIW worth he/she should be man/woman enough to identify themselves rather than hiding behind a veil of anonymity. (Goes for both investigations)

You had me right up until you tried to implicate me and another WUS member in this global conspiracy. You're either not doing your due diligence very well or you are intentionally defaming me and Mr Vail, who apparently resides with me somewhere in California. And who files legal documents with forum usernames instead of full legal names? Very sloppy...

I thought I just did. Two legal documents generated a day apart shows both myself and 'Doc TC Vail' living at the same address in (no town specified) California even tho Vails address on the other document is listed as being in (no town specified) Pennsylvania. Additionally usernames and nicknames are never used on legal documents. And finally all supporting documentation on this expose has hyperlinks to their source except the documents implicating Vail and myself.

Like I said, very sloppy.

If OP is serious about all this he needs to package all this up and take it to the DAs Office. See what kind of reception he is given there. Otherwise this is his 15 mins of Internet fame. Tomorrow this will be old news already forgotten.

It is not sloppy. The OP just posted the info that Ginault used when filing that info. Ginault is sloppy, not the OP.

Great info op. I am sure you must be overwhelmed by all the traffic you are receiving from it. The only thing I personally would delete is the addresses.

I would agree if he didn't add his spin to the documentation. He either missed the mark by a mile or he had an agenda. Either way the site has been taken down.

I did not see any modified documentation from the op. Please enlighten us.

I also do not see how me missed the mark if he posted exactly what he found regarding Ginault.
