In quarantine, decided to make a video review of my all time fav - 114060 Sub

Hey guys, during quarantine I've been making some YouTube videos, and figured I'd share this tribute to my 114060 No Date Sub.

Would love your feedback and thoughts!

Enjoyed that, thanks Mark. Your watch looks fantastic.

If you make more watch vids, my only feedback would be to open with a recurring hook, structure the narrative, and include some extreme close-ups of the watch to really show off the dial, instead of standard close-ups. You have a good energy and presence, and really did a great job here. I would watch more watch videos and have subscribed.

Really nice job Mark! Very well said and great cinematography. I also own a 114060 and love it’s simplicity. Best to you Sir

I sold mine because I couldn't get over the fat lugs but as a functional tool it is so close to perfection. Would be nice if they could get rid of the smudging problem on the ceramic bezel.

My only criticism on the vid is your evaluation of the watches value. You can't sell that watch for $8-9k. Maybe you know someone personally who'd be willing to take that off your hands, more power to you, but it is a bit of a false statement.

Otherwise, great video especially for your first jab at a watch video. Clearly targeted towards a non-enthusiast audience and there is nothing wrong with that.

You should do more watch videos, just be careful when throwing values around :).

Well done! I like that you included a lot wrist shots from a distance. You almost never see that, but it's extremely helpful.

Thanks for making that video! I’ve been trying to decide whether or not to pick up a 114060 for the past few months and have been scouring YouTube for good 114060 videos. Surprisingly hard to find good ones. They all show the watch right up in your face and give absolutely no perspective on what it’s like to wear.

Fantastic video, thanks again! Subscribed. Make more!

Thanks for all the kind comments everybody, super appreciative of you guys.

Also, feedback noted on several parts (pricing accuracy, some narrative structuring, and extreme closeups)!

Great video.

Really enjoyed it and would echo everything you said.

I have an 114060 and its a truly beautiful and hard wearing watch.

Very nice, thanks!

It's funny how I always find myself watching and enjoying video's on watches that I already own...
