DJ 36 blue jubilee fluted and YM 37 TT sale as combo?

Hello TRF.
I have a YM 37 TT chocolate and a DJ 36 blue fluted with jubilee.
My YM was my daily watch and got some good scratches on it. The DJ could pass as new as I barely wore it and took good care .
I was thinking of eventually selling both to buy other watches for my family not Rolex.
Since the DJ is more in demand than the YM I was thinking of selling both for the price I paid around 18KCAD and 11KCAD for DJ. No profits, but I still want the buyer to absorb the taxes (15%).
In this scenario. Would it be considered a good offer? Or I should keep them to not lose money . What are you suggestion?
