Yep, that's a spider web dial in it's genesis....some folks claim it as a special ($) anomaly however it is not.

Not the typical spider IMO that we see in this forum. I would say a "different" dial, which shows some water damage caussed in the past. It depends if it will remain as such or the next step will be flakes falling off. Only my opinion after having experienced such a damage. Now concerning the "like it" or not, it depands on each individual taste.
