Panerai straps fitting

I was curious what is the largest size strap will a Radiomir and Luminor model fit for each size such as 44mm, 45mm, and 47mm? In other words, will a 26mm strap fit on a 44mm Luminor or a 45mm Radiomir?

You can squeeze a 25mm strap on a 44mm Luminor.

27mm is the max for a 45/47mm Radiomir.

I don't think that a 26 mm strap can fit on a 44mm luminor. OEM or aftermarket Luminor straps are often thick and difficult to squeeze.

It seems most are saying 24mm is the largest you can fit into a 44mm Luminor. But a 26mm is the largest you can go with a 45mm Radiomir? Is this accurate? I'm asking b/c I've seen some straps that look rather thick and wide that looks awesome on the Luminor and Radiomirs and was curious what size they were. IMO, wider straps look better for these pieces rather than the narrower straps.

I didn't say that!

Trust me. a 25mm will fit on a Luminor. Here is my 25x26mm strap on my 111. It is a tight fit and pretty hard to get in that first time. You can see it is pinch every so slightly. The buckle in this shot is a 26mm of course.

Also, the 45mm and 47mm Radiomirs will accept up to 27mm. The OEM size is 27x22mm for Rads. 26mm's look just fine on them. Here is my 210 with a 26mm strap, but I could go up to a 27mm.

Standard RAD size is a 26, not 27.

I dont see the point in forcing a strap just to get 1 extra mm.

No, I'm sorry, it is 27mm. Here is the official Panerai strap order for for 45mm and 47mm Radiomirs.

Thanks for the info guys! Btw, I love that strap on your Luminor. What kind of strap is that? It gives it that vintage look.
