I recently purchased a GMT II BLRO from Desirolex. It turned out, after I’d wired the money, they’d already sold the item, and my contact felt terrible. He worked his butt off to find a replacement that same week, just the model I had been looking for (2018 Mark I dial in VG to E condition), and hit the jackpot. If he didn’t take a loss on the sale, he had to have just broken even, all to insure I was taken care of. Spectacular customer service, amazing communication, great watch. Thank you!!
