Incoming - PAM233

I used to be a huge Panerai guy but sold them all and haven't owned one in roughly 15 years. My closest friend has a 270 and every time I see it, I love the domed crystal and the overall vintage vibe. I wanted the manual version however, and have kept my eyes open. One popped up today at one of our forum's respected dealers. Just wired the funds - can't wait to get it!

Congratulations. The 233 is a great watch. It packs a lot punch and like you said, has a cool vintage vibe to it. Is it a dot or AM/PM dial?

233 is one of my favorites! Congratulations, now begins the strap hoarding that you probably did 15 years ago!

Congratulations. Years ago I always liked the 233 but never moved to pick one up. Since I have made peace with my thoughts on Panerai I am back into collecting and enjoying the watches and the strap game. I picked up a 233 Dot and the 317 which has a similar case and domed crystal and they are currently my most worn watches. You will enjoy the 233.

It's a dot. I prefer the cleaner look.

My buddy wears his 270 on an accordion rubber strap and it looks awesome. So comfortable as well. I'm going to grab one of those to start. It comes on a vintage looking leather, so will have a couple of options out of the gate.

That’s awesome! I wonder what the last year of production for this model was? Hardly ever see one w a later production date for sale

I believe it was discontinued in 2020. Perhaps someone more knowledgable can confirm.

233 is hard to beat on so many levels. Gets a lot of wrist time.

Congrats!

My third 233 arrived today (dot dial). Not sure what my issue is, but after my first (dot dial), I went to an AM/PM dial, and then nothing until today. Happy times again.

Enjoy!
