Yes, I've heard about that but it's better than the 46,500 units or so that was rumored to only be available on launch day. I heard that in November their production will increase.

It is a shame, this is by far their best upgrade in years. I was unable to find out how many units they had available on launch day for previous phones so I may be missing the mark, I think it will have been more though.

Silver! I like the white glass back and silver stainless steel bezel combo. I’ve had a few white iPhones (4S and 5). The white border around the screen drew me back to the black/space gray iPhones. Not with the X though! No white borders.

No doubt...I have a corporate account at work and my rep assures me he will get our orders in and I will have my phone on 11/3. We will see how it goes.

Actually a little before. It’s all good. Hopefully everything goes smooth. If we don’t get them for launch day delivery, hopefully not much later.

Well, good luck everyone.

Apple website didn't work. At&T website didn't work, but was able to get my dad an order through the Apple store app on his iPhone.

I honestly never thought my dad would be ever using a $1200 phone.

Oddly I had 2 iPads and an iPhone running Apple Store App but the regular website opened for me before any of those devices did. However it was 5minutes past the hour and now megets 2-3week wait.

But will make good use of that time reading all the “horror” stories of the first-wavers who can’t figure out FaceID

Ordered 2 X’s off the Verizon site. Apple Store app wouldn’t let me in. I would have preferred to order thru Apple.
Once I placed my order with Verizon I went back to the Apple app and it was working. Oh well.

Scored an AT&T 64GB silver 11/3 delivery date 🙌 Preordering was very smooth for me via the Apple app. I see it didn’t take long for the delivery dates to slip beyond launch day. Currently 5-6 weeks.
