Sorry which one there is hard to get? Besides the one on your wrist? Lol

That said congrats on which ever lovely watch you choose. I like the 5320g. Ask for a discount!

To me, it really doesn't get any better than the 5270p.

I have a 5740 coming this year, but thinking I may defer for the 5270.

Am I crazy???

Not at all. If resale was out of the equation I’m taking that 5270 all day everyday of the week. In the hypebeast world of course all the intangibles favor the 5740.

Wow the 5270p is gorgeous! Easily that over the other two, although it does costs more than the other two combined

Just two so different watches. Agree with GB, if not for the hype and resale of the 5740, would you really think you are crazy for the deferral? I think not, the 5270 is the better of the two in my opinion and the complication suits it.

I passed on the 5270p in favor of the 5740.

I found the 5270 very top heavy. Not really formal (too big), not really sporty. But definitely a beautiful watch.

15 or 20% discount? Am sure you know going to Europe you get at least a 15% discount, and if you're really good you can probably get about 30% discount total once you get VAT back :-)

Interesting. I don’t find it too heavy at all. It’s actually very well balanced. And it slips easily under my shirt cuffs. And the brown strap and salmon dial make it easy to wear with a suit OR casually.

-cheers

Looks like 5270P, 5230G and the WG pilot's watch is not that hard to find now.
