15202 on 7.75 inch wrist

Hi all

Lots of threads i see regarding 15300 or 15202 or 15400 on small wrists i have opposite problem, big wrists 7.75 inch would the 15202 look too dainty on my wrist or does it wear bigger or should i go for 15400 thanks.

Thanks

If you’re used to the Big Pilot, 15400 will definitely be more comfortable.

15202 could work, but will feel very small after wearing a Big Pilot.

its a big 39mm. I keep saying calling it 39mm is part of why it will never be a 5711 as people automatically look at the specs and are worried. That one lists at 40mm and wears smaller.

specs sell watches just as much as any other factor

I think it will fit fine and look ok, but I think you'll feel it's small after the other watches you wear.

I think the 15400 would be a better fit for you.

I have a 7.75inch wrist and I found the 15400 too big. I bought and just took delivery of a blue 15300 and its PERFECT. It wears chunky in all the best ways IMO.

7.75inch (20cm in "non-retarded" unit ) and it is still big for you? You are probably use to wear smaller pieces, that is the reason.

I would maybe go for a 41mm Royal Oak. What size watches are you wearing these days?

Definitely go for the 15400. The thinness of the 15202 makes it feel petite compared to even the 15300. If it matters, you can save a lot of money, too.

I also have a 7.75'' wrist and it really depends on what size watch you are used to wearing. I feel 39mm ROs look small on me but most of the time I'm wearing a ROO 42mm or 44mm.

here's 39mm vs 41mm and both work.

I have a 7 1/2” wrist and prefer the size of the 15400 to the 15300, I have not tried on the 15202, so I can’t sleak to that specific model.

Small watches on big wrists make you look fat so I wouldn't.

i think it would look and feel a little small as the 15202 is quite thin and sleek. If you are into a feeling of heft you will be disappointed. I would have thought the 15400 was made for you.

I think it will look fine. I have a 7.25 inch wrist and on me it looks perfect. I think even on a 7.75 inch it will look great.

I was never a fan of the 15202 and then I got to try it and wear it a few times and I fell in love with it. I had to have one and in the end decided to go for a limited edition piece. I have 7+ AP's and the 15202IP in my collection is the best of the lot. My favourite but I don't get to wear as its actually a birthday present for my son later in the year.

Buy it as I think the chances are that you will love it.

Ah got it! I wouldn’t say the 15202 will be dainty for you. Go for the 15202 for more dressier look OR the 15400/15500 for a more sportier look. Maybe 15500? Keep us posted!

Have always loved the 15305 and on strap, its just where its at. If I were to ever do a gold piece, it would have to be on strap to mute the loudness a touch and that looks magnificent. Kudos again.
