Is this a real Rolex?

Hey all,

I'm sorry if I'm breaking any rules, or if this is something of an annoyance when you experienced forum members see a post like this, so I apologize beforehand for not knowing much. I recently came across a post in my area with a photo attached stating they need rent money, and at looking for a quick sale (sketchy) they've said they will take $750 for the watch they laid $3,000+ for and I'm welcome to check it out in person. They do not have receipts and will not meet at an appraiser. What are your thoughts?

If it were real couldn't they walk into any pawn shop and get the $750? Just wondering.

Yeah, I asked that same question. They deflected every attempt I tried to validate authenticity, which was a huge red flag. Figured a forum with experts would help!

If it were real they could fetch at least 3 times that easy, and sketchy is the same as fake basically around here any ways. Just save the coins and buy legit later on w confidence
