Heavily polished. Worth low 20s not high twenties. Don't do the trade.

it's like trading two hot, limited edition Porsche for a Rolls Royce. I prefer sports cars, so I won't do the trade. What do you like?

I personally wouldn’t based on the details/condition of the watches you’re talking about.

I would not do that trade not for a heavily polished 5205G.

Nope. Heavily polished on a modern Patek is a no go for me. Even if it wasn't, I'd still have to think very carefully about it. The 5205G is a hard watch to move. The 116500 and BLNR are almost as liquid as cash!

Nah ...I’d sell the the blnr and peel the stickers off the Daytona and wear that ...that patek is hideous in my personal opinion.

I'd be giving the Daytona some wrist time. A better example will come up if you want the Patek.

I personally detest PP watches, but that’s just me. The only way I’d make a trade like that is if the values are right (seems so) and if the PP was my grail watch.

I'm not sure I'd do it for a Patek that's been heavily polished, but I'd generally pick one watch over two less expensive watches. That being said, I find Rolex/Tudor to be the right combination of function and style...so, I'd probably just keep one of your Rolex watches and sell the other.

If you really wanted a Patek I would consider waiting for another one based on the way you describe it as "heavily polished". To me, that would be the sign I need to run away like the majority of posters here would.

Mon has a point though. Maybe make a thread in the Patek Philippe section and see what some say there.

I wouldn’t do it. Don’t know about values but that watch doesn’t appeal to me as much as the Daytona and BLNR.
