AP RO 15400ST BLUE vs. AP ROO 26470SO

Hi guys

I’m trying to decide between the following

15400ST blue dial RO
26470SO ROO

Here are a few wrist shots of the ROO on wrist, unfortunately I do not have any wrist shots of the 15400st blue on wrist.

Please keep in mind, the only other watch I currently own is a 116509 WG Daytona from the 2018 Basel release with steel & black dial.

In addition, which do you think will hold its value better in 3-5 years?

Tough choice, ROO looks good there but maybe the 400 as you have a chrono.

In terms of holding value...most offshores can’t compete with the classic royal oak.
I have zero doubt that the 15400 is the better buy...but you also need to buy whichever watch you love more.

I’d choose the 15400.

I love ROOs also, but the vampire isn’t my favourite

15400 Blue if you are concern about value retention. If not, go with your heart which watch sings more to you

I would pick the one that you’ll wear the most. Value retention wise, I would think it’ll be 15202

I'd go ROO Vampire, but don't love the red/black rubber strap. I prefer that either on the leather strap or bracelet.

Or if you want blue/chrono/value retention look up the 26237ST its the 25th Anniversary edition (picture from the web).

I've seen and tried it in boutique once, it was already spoken for, put myself on the waiting list but even with prior purchase history they told me that it would be close to 2 years wait.

AP RO 15400ST BLUE vs. AP ROO 26470SO

There is no way to predict 3-5 yrs out, especially since there is recession talk everywhere. It’ll be hard to find someone who’s going to give good money during a recession or periods where their investment portfolio is getting electrocuted.

That being said, where are the pics of the 15400?
