My sub took a backseat to my Pam 111. I just love how it feels on the wrist.

A watch collection without Panerai is like a broken pencil.
Pointless. Here’s mine

I had a PAM1320 and I loved the look, but I sold it and will never have another Panerai.

My daily for the last six years is a 372. Everything else rotates in and out. Hard to beat.

I guess I have a Lot of broken pencils then! Story of my life! Hahahaa It is Great to see you on the board. Super photos of your Paneri beauties. Hope all went well with the enormous move and acquisition of your auto? Mrs. Ruud won't have to travel so much anymore, and that's terrific! DM

Panerai was great and fun until you have to sell it. I use to have many but don't have a lot in watch funds so.. Nowadays, I might have 1 or none. Still, I will always love the old school pams in 111, 000, 005, 176, 190 and 25.

Panerai for the water, jungle, etc. the situation almost needs to “require” the Panerai. Not that a Rolex won’t technically stand up to the challenge but there is just something extra rugged about a Panerai in the way it’s designed. Without small parts that can be damaged or snag on things or moving bezels on the outside, pips or Cyclopses that can be knocked off, it just seems built like an AK47 while the Rolex is more like an AR15.
