SLA017 size

While I love my SPB051 I can't get the 017 out of my head! I'd probably add rather than swap, anyone here find the 39mm 017 too small on a 7.25" wrist?

Here is my 051 on Uncle Seiko waffle

I have a 7.25 inch wrist and most of my vintage Seiko watches are 36-37mm, which I find to be a great look and fit, though my 45mm turtle is also fine. The SLA017 should suit you just fine.

Looks great. I’m getting mine delivered tomorrow. Hopefully it’s as good as the pic. Any chapter alignment issues you experiencing?

Also I think the SLA017 is a bit overrated. That’s just my opinion. The Sbdx017 is half the price and same movement. That’s definitely better value.

The case size of the SLA017 is effectively 40mm.
That is the same size as a Rolex Submariner.
Also the bezel is quite narrow on the SLA017 so proportionally the dial is large.
