Is this Gold 6241 Case (and Movement) Authentic?

Hello,

Long time lurker but my first real post. I own a Tudor big block chrono and a 16520 daytona... but am thinking about stepping it up. However... I am not enough of an expert to determine if this is an authentic 6241 case and movement.

As for the case --
The 29XXXXXX serial number appears to be correct as far as date is concerned.

I have not seen the "ROLEX DESIGN" stamping before, only "REGISTERED DESIGN" or "ORIG ROLEX DESIGN'

The case back looks authentic and the stampings on it appear to be in the correct place(s). However I assume this is probably an easy-ish piece of the equation to fake

Crown looks legit. Pushers are not...

As for the movement --
I can't even begin to hazard a guess. Looks like the correct Valjoux 72x but ???

The dial looks like a fugazi... not all that surprising since it's a "Paul Newman"

Pics are attached. Any and all feedback is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your comments. Please be kind, this is my first major public appearance ; )
