Submariner 1680 Red

Hi all

I’m on the hunt for one...with 9315 bracelet, 380 end links, box and papers.

What does anybody think these are worth at the moment please? I’m finding them between 20-40k usd...pretty wide range.

Thank you

Condition is everything. They must be analyzed on a case by case basis. Find one you’re interested in and post up some good pictures, we can give you an informed opinion.

I haven't seen a B&P Red sub for $20K in a long time more like closer to $30 from what i've seen ,& don't be fooled it's easy to gravitate towards a rough looking one just because it's got B&P ,don't settle just because it' got b&p wait for both condition & b&p if it's thats your thing ,i waited about 6 months for mine to come up ,all the while prices where rising.Good luck.

I'm still on the edge about getting rid of it; the hunt for the watch is always the most fun for me. But here is mine. I just managed to get a 9315 bracelet (pateted) and 280 endlinks but am waiting on delivery of the links. In the pictures I have it on a 93150 for wearability.

It looks ok to me! MK IV with nice patina, the insert is not so nice, but at least is the fat font.

Any more photos? Dial and hands look nice to me (although I won't pretend to be an expert either). The lugs look over-polished . Any more photos? Bracelet, etc.?

X2. A "ratty" watch with box and papers is still a ratty watch.

I would agree on this too. I chose a decent conditioned red sub without B&P, over a "ratty" one with B&P... condition is more impt to me, cos when you wear it, u must enjoy and love the watch for what it is... you won't see the B&P daily... just my 2 cents.

I agree. I’m going to hold hold on for one in great condition (with box and papers though!)

I’ll let you know when I find one.
