1959 Air King Super Precision with odd block logo?

Was wondering if the experts could chime in if this was a re-dial. Never seen this block logo AIR KING before. Was it ever used on late 50's super percisions?

Judging by the fonts and lack of swiss at the bottom of the dial id say its been refinished
