Red Chronometer tags for a 1972 1680, which one?

Hi everyone,

Which of these red tags would be more likely to have been included with a 1972 1680? One says Geneva, and the other say Geneva Bienne. I have the chance to acquire and I would like the correct one.

Thanks for your help

I have a red sub from 1969 and it has the right one (with the larger crown). I don't know when it has been changed with the left one (wich is later than the right one).

Geneva-only is earlier than Geneva Bienne, but I'm not sure when the change occured.

The left one first appeared around 1980 until the end of the 1980s.

You need the one on the right for the Sub.

This one came with my Datejust sold in 1966, full set with later service document. Looks the same as the one on the left to me. Do you think mine may have been added later? I always thought the Geneva tag came before Geneva-Bienne.

It appears that it was added later. Definitely not a '60s hang tag.

Ones on the left I see called “Pre-hologram” these days and the ones on the right as “Frog Foots” because of the way the crown is more splayed out like a foot! Frog Foots cost more. Not sure if these terms are generally accepted.

I have heard the term, and now I know the explanation. Thanks for the info!
I purchased the "frog foot" I should be receiving it shortly.
