A Bad Morning Made Better....
....by a FedEx box from San Francisco.
Thank you, AGAIN, Jacek at HQ Milton. If you haven't dealt with him yet, he's an absolute pleasure to work with. So, yeah, I finally got something with a sapphire crystal! And what it lacks in that vintage vibe you get from plexi, it has a very cool custard-y patina. A 1981 16800. A nice addition to the collection. A collection which, by the way, three years I couldn't imagine owning....or, for that matter, even wearing a watch on a daily basis! And to that end, thank you guys SO much for making watch collecting an absolute pleasure. |
