Hi everyone! I’m new to the forum. I just joined after I received my first Rolex as a gift a few weeks ago. This forum has been so helpful! The watch I have is a heavily modified 6917 and based on the serial number, it’s from 1979. I know the bezel and dial are both aftermarket, but the jubilee bracelet has me stumped. I can’t tell if it’s authentic at all. I’ve searched this forum and googled nonstop. Can any of you help? The end links are stamped on only one side and it looks like “568 B” it’s a two tone jubilee bracelet. The other suspicious thing is that on the clasp, it’s only stamped on one side and the other side is completely blank. Also, it says “Steelinox” on the left and “Swiss Made” on the right. Everything else I have seen online has this flipped. Lastly, there’s only a small “V” under “Steelinox” and no other markings.

So my question is: is this an aftermarket bracelet that is an actual Rolex part or is it a complete fake?

I would be very surprised if this was an authentic Rolex bracelet.

Mine is the same on my wife’s 6917. Has only F. Mine is genuine 18k two tone. Those years they only stamped on one side of each clasp part. My band is also stamped MFT.
