GMT Master Vintage
Hey again,
My bad for asking too many questions but I'm new to the club lol. Is there any good source to find a vintage pepsi GMT Master? I want it with the colors a little bit shaded. I've seen plenty of websites but I do not know which one to trust.... Could you please name a few legit websites that won't sell me a fake? thanks in advance :) |

The age old question. I couldn't imagine spending that kind of coin on any Web Store.

Try this forum's member named 'Springer', he's the in house expert on vintage GMTs and often has great examples for sale.
Other good sites to buy from are HQ Milton, Alessandro Ciani (shawnmarz is a member here), Michael Morgan (also a member here) with Iconic Watches, Paul Duggan, Matthew Bain, and Eric Ku with 10 past Ten. You might want to have a mod move this to the Vintage Rolex section. Best of luck in your search. |

I got mine from HQ Milton. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable. Jacek is a member here.

All great suggestions above. Bunch of good guys. I like springer specifically for GMTs because he's a stickler for correctness on the corresponding period/variant. If nothing else just an incredible source of knowledge for GMTs and great to talk to, I'd say a good start.

I echo that. I definitely was hitting up springer for advice while I was shopping for mine. Unfortunately, he didn't have any for sale at the time.

However, I do suggest doing your own research on the vintage GMT masters, as they were produced for many years, with many different variations to the dial, bezel inserts, hands, movements... 1675s, 16750s, 16760s, 16700s .. When you know what you want, u can then narrow down what you're looking... good luck! |
