After 7 new cars in 5 years I’ve taken a break from anything cool or fun and am embracing my current life situation- wife, 3 dogs, 2 kids and an active outdoor lifestyle.

I drive a 2019 Subaru Outback and wear a 126719 BRLO (also have a DJ, Omega SMP300, Breitling Chrono Evo).

So if your inquiring if the car and Rolex match.... well in terms of price I guess they do as both were around same cost!

In the future I’ll seek out a Porsche, but the market and my lifestyle don’t make that a sensible decision right now.

I’ll stick with practicality, fuel efficiency and owning great watches.

For me - 214270, driving/sharing wife's work vehicle (Ford Escape) since they pay for gas, insurance, etc. etc. so doesn't make sense to have another vehicle (sold my Subaru recently since COVID-19 meant I WFH until this is all over, no need for a car).

I like the humble pairings - goes to show sometimes the guy with a Nissan/Honda in their driveway is doing better than the others with a more expensive vehicle in their driveway on lease! Something about keeping up with the Jones'.

I drive a 20 year old c-class, pretty much every watch I wear is worth more than it's value. I don't care much about cars, too high depreciation for my liking. The Mercedes is plenty comfortable for my use.

I used to drive Porsche. Felt like it was just throwing money into a pit every day of ownership.

My Rolex and car are well balanced. I have a Sea-Dweller that is about 15 years old and so is my car!

While I can admire some cars I just can’t even remotely get excited about any new car. I like being able to park in a tight parking bay not worrying about anyone scratching or denting the car with their door or supermarket trolley. Stress free living!
