Take Cover, INCOMING!

Just bought a used SKX009K2 on eBay, appears to be a full kit, which doesn't really matter. Not my first rodeo with these watches, I've had a few over the years that have come and gone. Actually never had a Pepsi version though, so this will be fun. Watch comes with some accessories to boot, extra Navy Blue bezel, a NATO, Original Jubilee with all links and an Oyster Style Bracelet.

Just wanted an attractive mechanical beater. God these watches are reasonably priced, especially used $220.00!

Congratulations! I got one off Ebay brand new from one of the big sellers overseas for around $160 in 2005. I wore it everyday for quite a while, love that one and still have it.

It's funny how things come full circle. I had an SKX007 many years ago, that watch was sold off to fund another project or whatever.

I kind of snubbed my nose at "affordables" as my income increased and my tastes drifted toward the higher end. Now that I have some grail pieces in my collection, I started thinking about the rugged utility of these watches and figured I'd try another. Happy to have another one. They look fantastic and are comfortable to wear. Are they a Rolex or Omega? Nope, far from it. But they do have Horological value.

Very well said, I feel the same and they are just as much fun to wear
