Alright let's see if we can get this ball rolling.

I would like to try to organize a GTG in NYC that includes the drawing for the SD43.

First - any mods in/around NYC in the near future?

Second - who's interested?

From my experience Thursday nights tend to work for most. I could find a secure centralized location in NYC. We could meet up and talk watches over some beverages and hold a drawing with a mod for the SD43.

I'm thinking they are shooting for Orlando next Friday. I think thats in the works.

Issue I see is that there's no MOD present for this....

the issue isnt that. but speak to steve. i dont think we can do it in orlando unfortunately.

There would be too many complainers thinking it was fixed depending who won.

well it could cause an issue is all and that would benefit no one. so best to defer to another gtg as there are no atendees that arent in the draw attending.

Still no date set for the drawing - I reached out the Steve to see what the requirements would be to hold the drawing. This isn't a dead thread yet - no one has locked the drawing in yet.
