Great review. I was planning to wait until Basel 2019 hoping for a blue dial/bezel BB58 but don’t know that I can hold out after reading this.

Love the hot tub wrist shot. Seriously considering this given it's approachable size. Just wondering if the gold on the bezel/dial comes across as a little bit too 'overdesigned'? Kinda would have liked it more if they went with white there. Still a gorgeous piece though!

You've got to like a gilt dial (and bezel) to appreciate this piece. In my mind there is no place for white highlights. But to each their own, right? I'm curious to see what other color options are in the works.

Not at all. The bezel has a very matte finish and combined with the small size of the watch the effect is subtle. Gives it a bit of a warmth/character which I find missing from 6 digit subs which I find a bit sterile.

Completely agree. I find now that I like abit of colour/warm to a dial/bezel and like you feel the Sub's abit sterile and monochrome looking.

For the Texans, they have one on display at eisman jewelers at northpark mall. Don’t know if it’s spoken for. Looked amazing.

Yes. Sahara with the white stitching and brushed hardware. Love the strap and it looks great on the 58 and my Speedy Pro. They are a bit tricky to fasten at first, but you get the hang of it, and they are the most comfortable strap that I have ever worn, and the buckle is on the side so it doesn't rub when typing.

Thanks for the heads up on that strap. Now I know it looks fantastic on the Speedy, I think it will be perfect on a 14060 and 16750 Polar, even will be tempted to put it on Tudor BB GMT.

No AR coating, just like the other Tudor and Rolex models
