The Official "I love my Tudor!" Thread

With all the hate and vitriol directed Tudor's way on a daily basis here on TRF I thought I'd start a thread for folks like me that love their Tudor watches. I'm about a year into Tudor ownership and 9 months into my Black Bay GMT and I have totally fallen for this watch. It has come close to grabbing the majority of my wrist time, even more than my two Rolexes. Perfect blend of style and function and a watch that doesn't take itself too seriously. It can be worn anywhere in any situation and it's joy to wear. So let's see some love from fellow happy Tudor owners out there!

Tapatalk not working for me so can’t upload but

I freaking love Tudor

I have the GMT and a 1971 Swiss only 7016 flake. Bought my dad a BB black bezel

Would love a tudor chrono. Perhaps in time one will come my way

I find people throwing shade at Tudor quite funny. Either you like em or you don’t

I also love my Tudor GMT. But then the date wheel started to skip multiple days and sometimes gets stuck between dates. Sucks, now it's with the RSC being warranty. I miss it.

It's my most worn watch because it's low key and yet beautiful.

The Official "I love my Tudor!" Thread

I'm confused. Maybe I don't spend enough time here but who's hating on Tudor? I thought people loved Tudor.

I've owned two black bays and this is the current one.

Sadly, there are those who are quite verbal about their disdain for Tudor, but Tudor is a great watch with a very healthy following on TRF. You can't please everyone, but for myself, I'm quite pleased with the ones I own.

I'm loving this one ! It's just so different than my usual choice .

Bold color , So easy to read [ isn't that why we wear them ? ]
Bigger than I normally wear but it wears Great - sits perfectly [ flat wrist]
Titanium is no doubt the reason - much lighter despite the height

Almost forgot - the Bracelet is Fantastic ! Yup , lov'n my Pelly

A few years old, and running -1.1 seconds per day. Incredible lume. Very comfortable on-wrist, due to light weight. Legible dial. Amazing bezel action.

This thing ticks all the right boxes for me!

Just moved over to Tudor myself.
Discovered the Black Bay, so this is my daily now.

Love the weight of it and it wears so comfortably with the flat case back.
Keeps better time than any Rolex I have had:

I love my Tudor GMT so much that I sold my last Rolex. a Polar 216570 and don't see a Rolex in my future that isn't a PM DD....but shhhhh don't tell anyone. There are definitely more than a few Tudors I have my eye on for the near future.

How could anyone hate this?? Rolex doesn't make a SS in blue with as much charm as the snowflake, and the Black Bay is just a go anywhere, do anything type of watch. Love them!

Anyone own a BB Heritage 36/41? I’m interested in purchasing one with a black dial and would love to hear other owners impressions.

What a collection! Seeing your north flag here on trf inspired me to get my first Tudor. And it’s an incredible watch! Now, i lust after the chrono and pelagos. I blame you!

To be fair, I actually think there’s way more appreciation for Tudor watches here than disdain or vitriol.

Just that too many of us get unnecessarily butt hurt by the few who like to disparage it (only on the Internet to boot, most wouldn’t have the balls to do so in real life). Who cares what they say.

I put a rubber b on my BB41, my first 41mm watch (which I was so hesitant about getting). And it turns out that I’m loving it, totally.

Who cares if haters hate. It is nothing more that a meaningless waste of their own time and effort.
