One month wait
Sorry, not for a new watch. My nine-month old Yachtmaster 42 started showing dodgy timekeeping (about 10 secs slow a day). This seemed a bit much, so after dithering a bit, I sent it back to Rolex HQ in Kent near London.
Anyway, it’s back after exactly four weeks, which includes the Christmas holidays and the awful Covid issues. I think that’s not too bad in these grim times. Well done Rolex. Who described it as having had a service, And for those who wonder about the timekeeping, I’m just going to assume it’s fine. |

Thank you for posting- there are probably plenty of good outcomes and transactions with RSC’s everywhere. We WIS’s on TRF are just OCD enough that we focus on the few that don’t go well. Glad to hear you and your beloved are back together.

Great that you got your watch back in a reasonable amount of time.
